Need to View Date Order Marked Completed / Shipped

I need to be able to view when I marked orders as completed / shipped. I've tried exporting a variety of reports, but am unable to find this nugget of info.

@afulwell The date an order is marked as complete isn't included in your reports. Can you let me know why you need this information so I can see if we have a workaround or share your request with our Online Store team!

Hey Helen, thanks for the note!

Its a bit of a long story of why I need the completed date, but generally I can see how it could be useful to know when you marked an order as shipped...

I sometimes don't get to orders within the expiration window of 7 days...So I end up going in and marking them as shipped, and return to them in a couple days. I tend to do it in batches, and it can be hard to remember which items I actually shipped, and which ones are still waiting. But I often remember when I marked it as completed.

So basically having the date completed is a work around for not being able to adjust the expiration date, or being able to add internal facing notes/comments....

@afulwell Oh I see how this would help you prioritize your orders!

Hmm, you could increase the number of days you have before an order expires, if that would help? From the Settings seciton of your Online Store click on the dropdown under Ships Within and select a different number of days (the max is 60 days).

You're note able to add internal notes to Dashbaord but I've definitely seen that request before. You could export your Orders CSV file to your computer and then add notes to that spreadsheet to keep track of things. You could add an extra column like 'Shipped on + date'. To export that CSV file go to the Orders section > scroll down and click Download CSV.
