When i'm in my inventory and click actions; print labels is not an option???

@bigchief That sounds strange. Have you subscribed to Square for Retail or started your free trial?

If you've already subscribed can you try these Dashboard troubleshooting steps? If you still can't see this option please reply here with the name of your browser and the current version — visit whatbrowser.org and you'll see that information on the screen.

I currently have this problem - I use firefox or safari, tried on both, but the only action items are import library, export library or expand all items. Could it be because I don't yet have SKU's assigned to all my items? I've been using square retail for 2 years and I'm getting a scanner to make sales go more quickly on busy days.

Thanks for chiming in here @Thistlewelly. Before we try anything else, could you login using a Chrome browser and reply back here if it's still not working?
