Can I link my debit card and recieve direct transfers without a bank account linked?

Can I link my debit card and recieve direct transfers without a bank account linked? I've tried using the checking account i have through paypal but it usually ends with the penny or whatever being transferred and not retrieved by square so it fails the verification. I'm not looking to use instant transfer, i'm aware that a bank account is needed for that. My only concern is being able to use my debit card for the direct transfer regardless of it taking 1-2 days or more.

you need to have a bank account linked for transfers and a debit card for the premium instant transfers.

thank you for your response but I clearly state that I'm not looking for instant deposit. I already hace a debit card linked, i'm trying to find out if the funds that are set for upcoming deposit will be sent to my debit card within the given timeframe (1-2 days) or more.

Instant transfers go to a debit card, regular free next transfers go to a bank account. you need a bank account, next day transfers won't go to a debit card. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/3896-link-and-edit-your-bank-account

So getting square is a waste of time then. I only have a Netspend card. All my deposit go into it. And my transactions come from it. This is disappointing
