email collection button on website doesn't record first and last name

I copied the HTML code onto my website to be able to collect customer's email addresses. However, when I check within my customer directory it only has the person's email address not a first or last name. Is there a way to code this button to collect other data fields for input into the customer directory?

@R_M The Embedded Sign Up Form only collects emails at this time. You can customize the text and color of the button but you can't add additional fields. I'll send this request to the Customer Directory team. Were you interested in adding other fields too?

In the meantime, the Hosted Sign-up Page does have fields for first name, last name and email address.
