&lt;P&gt;If you're referring to Appointment notifications you can have your customers receive notifications via email, SMS, or both. You can adjust these settings on the Appointments Tab on your &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/business/client_relations" target="_blank"&gt;Square Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;. Once you're on the tab select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;in the top right corner. Then select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Communications&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;from the menu options.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;If a customer replies to their booking email it will be automatically routed to your email inbox. Right now customers can't respond via SMS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
