how do I announce that tickets are sold out?

We can only sell 100 tickets for our performance. How do I post "sold Out" and ask them to leave info if we do a second show the next night and they want to buy for that night?

Hello @LATG, welcome to the seller community!🙂

With the Square Online Store, you can sell a set number of tickets that will automatically post as sold out as soon as the designated quantity reaches zero. For more details on how to set this up, have a look here: List Items, Services, Tickets, and Donations.

As for your point about inviting people to leave information for a second show, I would suggest including that option in the ticket item description.
