Where in the dashboard or on the retail app do I go to see what product was received into inventory on a specific day?

Hello @ktuck! You can see this information from your History Log which is available on your online Square Dashboard:

Navigate to the Items section online Square Dashboard > click Inventory Management > History.
Use the the filters at the top to set the date range and location. You can also narrow the resuled by Adjustment Type > select Received from the dropdown.
Click on an event to see the item cost and the locations at which inventory was received.
