yes, you can. when viewing a report in a device connected to a receipt printer there is a send to icon in the upper right corner (on a phone at least I don't have access to my iPads currently) that you can then click to print or email a report.

It sounds like you're using the Square Register at your business? Just in case, here are the steps to print a reports from Square Register:

To print a sales report:

Tap the down arrow at the top of the Register screen.
Tap Reports > tap Sales.
If you have a printer connected to your Register you can tap the printer icon in the upper right to print a report.

To print a cash drawer report:

Tap the down arrow at the top of the Register screen.
Tap Reports > tap Drawer History.
Tap on a report and if a printer is connected you’ll also see the printer icon in the upper right.
