How do I void and reissue plastic gift cards?

I sent 35 gift cards to a customer through the mail. They never arrived.

How do I:

1. void those mailed gift cards without refunding the customer?

2. reissue the gift cards so she can pick them up?

follow these steps in the link to clear the balance. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5432-use-your-gift-cards-with-square-register#check-a-gift-card-balance

you can ring up the new cards with the correct amount to load and then apply a 100% discount to the order. the cards will all be loaded and it will be a $0 transaction.

How do I clear the balance of 35 cards I do not have? These were lost in the mail.

@smkorby2 In the last section of the link that @VanKalkerFarms posted, it says that you can go onto your dashboard on a web browser and track down the transaction where the 35 gift cards were activated - and then click on each of the gift cards and click Clear Balance
