I am having problems pairing my new iPhone X with the square reader. I have just upgraded phone and it used to work perfectly with my iPhone 7. I have contacted support but they couldn’t really help...

An iPhone X should be no problem to connect via Bluetooth. Step by step troubleshooting isn't ideal over a forum so your best bet is talking to support. This problem has been fixed with an update to a new version of the iphone x opperating system....
