I realize that SQUARE is HIPPA compliant. I would like to use the invoicing and on-line payment system for patients. Is this part also HIPPA compliant?

Thank you. I do not have an understanding of the website and program is written. I realize the SQUARE dashboard and the rest of the site is HIPPA compliant. Does that man that the invoicing and online pay is also HIPPA compliant?

@jtestmd It's up to the seller to use appropriate safeguards to prevent against unauthorized Use or Disclosure of PHI, consistent with the HIPAA article mentioned above, and as otherwise required under the Security Rule.
