Square Terminal won't print receipt when customer selects it at POS

I am having issues with my Square Terminal all in one printing receipts for my customers at the POS. Either I or they have selected "yes" to printing a paper receipt, but it will not print. I have to go back into "transactions" and select the sale to print the receipt for them.
