Is there a way to see what day of the week is my best day for sales based on last year?

yes, there is lots of information available to look at from your sales history.

https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/reports/sales-summary

choose last year, or whatever time period you want, from the date drop-down menu. There will be a day of the week chart and an hourly chart and more.
