I refunded the wrong client. Is there anyway I can reverse that refund?

You can not cancel a refund. you have to contact the customer to reprocess the payment.

you cannot cancel refunds, you will have to run the transaction again.

Imagine if you made a return and left a business and they just had the ability to cancel your refund and you don't notice it on your credit card statement.

My employee just refunded a person outside of our refund policy, would love to know if there is an answer to this!

There is not a way to cancel a refund. to fix giving a refund to the wrong customer you would have to charge the customer you refunded again and then refund the correct customer.

Hi @g8589, if you haven't already go ahead and call our CS team who can try to reach the customer who was incorrectly refunded, explain what happened and share your contact details with them so you can charge them again.

Refunds are processed at the time of the transaction and are not cancelable.

yes you have to charge that perosn you gave that refund to and then refund the correct person
