Is there a way to send a ticket to the prep station before the customer checks out. Have a drive thru that I need to have order prepped before customer gets to window to pay.

Hey @Chester1, welcome to the Seller Community!

We don't have a drive-through feature specifically as you've mentioned, but you may want to consider our Open Tickets option. This would allow a new order ticket to print to the prep station when new items are added to an open ticket. Your customers would have to provide a name to open the ticket, and then they can complete the payment once they reach the window.

Can an open ticket be created through the dashboard in addition to the app?

@OurCupCakery Welcome to the Seller Community!! You can only create and manage open tickets on the Square Point of Sale app.
