How do I accept gift cards I purchased from Square online?

I purchased gift cards with my company name on them from Square but can't figure out how to accept them on my on-line store?

Hello @wendy3!

Just verifying... you have physical gift cards and you’re looking for how customers redeem them on the online store?

If so, the customer orders your items as they normally would. On the Checkout screen, there is a link that says “Use Gift Card or Promo Code”. Your customer clicks or taps on that link, then they enter the gift card number from the back of the card in the box that appears. See the picture below:

When they hit apply the card balance will be checked. If it’s enough to cover the total, the customer can place the order. If not, the balance due will update and the customer can complete the transaction using a credit card.
