Is there a way to reactiviate a Square for Retail account and device?

I created a trial square for retail account and then deactivated it to try just the square app. I would like to reactivate the square for retail app. Is there a way to do this?

Hello @Lilys! If you unsubscribed and kept your Square account open you can resubscribe by following these steps:

Sign in to your online Square Dashboard and navigate to Account & Settings.
Click Pricing & Subscriptions.
Under Subscription Pricing (at the top of the screen) look for Square for Retail and click Subscribe.

However, if you unsubscribed and also closed that specific Square account please call our Customer Success team. They can reactivate that account and then you can resubscribe to Square for Retail.

After your subscription has been reactivated you'll be able to use the app too!

I had my payroll paused for COVID-19 !

I moved your post to an existing thread on how to re-subscribe to a paid service with us.

Payroll works the same as Retail in this case so follow these steps above.
