Hi,

How can I batch print my invoices?

Also, How can I mark an invoice complete? I take orders so i like to mark them done.

How can I print shipping labels? I am using the app to email invoices.

Hello @pcrawfold1 and welcome to Square! I've answered each of your questions below:

How can I batch print my invoices?

At this time there isn't a way to batch print invoices. Take a look at this post for the steps to print invoices one at a time.

How can I mark an invoice complete?

There isn't a a way to mark invoices as 'complete' but you can filter how you view invoices so you only see Paid/Outstanding (unpaid):

From your Square Dashboard navigate to the Invoices section.
Click the button All Invoices (shown below)> then select Outstanding to see only unpaid Invoices.

These filters are available in the Invoices section of the app too!

How can I print shipping labels?

There isn't a way to print shipping labels directly from Square Invoices.
