    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. And, I understand that. My question is more along the lines of combined totals. Or, does the rule of =/&amp;gt;$20k and =/&amp;gt;200 transactions apply to EACH vendor we use.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Anyone else have this same situation?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
