Ultimately, that's a business decision that you'll have to make on your own. Keep in mind that if you continue to swipe, you'll be responsible for any fees that arise from fraudulent activity, etc. Personally, I plan to keep using the original, swipe-only reader, but we very rarely use that as we don't sell off-site anymore. We only use that unit if our internet goes down and we can process charges/debits through our cell phones.
