Need to add a 1099 Contractor from 2018 who got left out of transition to Sq Payroll

I just realized I forgot to add a 1099 contractor who had some pay in 2018, but left in January 18, before we switched to square payroll in October 18. Is there a way I can add them now (In Feb 2019) so the person gets a 1099 statement?
