Does Square have Fraud protection settings like PayPal does?

I am a developer and I am currently evaluating Square for using their hosted checkout option.

One question I had was - is there any way - I can set up fraud filters in Square like IP velocity filter, price ceiling , AVS Mis Match, CVV code etc?

Hey @ubalasub. I checked with our API team and they confirmed that our online payment APIs are compliant with PCI-DSS regulations. We take on the burden of staying compliant, which means you don't have to worry about assessment fees or a potential expensive data breach fine. In addition our APIs have handle errors such as mismatch card information with the Charge endpoint.
