    <description>&lt;P&gt;If it was a cash transaction you can just refund it and resell the item, but if it was a credit card transaction there isn't a way to change it without&amp;nbsp;refunding the card and then asking the customer for the card again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We have an Item created for an event, but someone sold a ticket without choosing the Item. Is there a way I can move it into the Item that was created for this event?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
