My gift card overview doesn't show gift cards that have been purchased

I had a customer purchase a gift card online yesterday. When I go to the gift card overview page, it shows the total amount activated in the last 30 days, but it says no gift cards can be found. I have tried changing date range, changing filters, etc. How do I access a list of the cards without going to the transaction or customer page? Why is nothing showing up on the actual gift card page? Thanks.

I just checked my page https://squareup.com/dashboard/gift-cards and it only seems to tell you when a card was used not when it was activated or loaded.

to see gift card sales you would have to go here https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/reports/sales-summary or https://squareup.com/dashboard/sales/transactions to see the transaction

Ah, ok thanks. Would be nice if there were an actual listing of all active gift cards so we didn't have to search through the transactions to find them. Thanks for the reply!

@balancedlife, 100% true it is not an easy thing to track down Gift Cards. Hopefully, they will improve it because it makes perfect sense it would just be on that page.
