Square should work wherever I have cell phone service, right?

Going to my first out-of-town sales event this weekend. I should be able to use my Square card reader as long as I have a good phone connection at the festival sight, right? (Dumb question, I know; just a little nervous....)

Congrats on your first out of town event!
Yes, as long as you have cellular data enabled to be used with your POS app, and Bluetooth enabled, you should be just fine taking payment!
I would recommend taking a portable charging pack or two to be able to plug your phone and/ or the square reader into incase your day is long and your battery gets low!

Maybe try using your pos app with the square reader at home with your wifi disabled to make sure you’re good to go! Charge yourself a variable amount of $1 or so if you’re super worried, but I think you’ll be grand!!!
