How do I track a transaction that's not showing up on my about but I see it was done through the app

Thanks for getting in touch, and welcome to our Community!

While we're not able to look into transactions via this forum, you can always check if a transaction was successful via your Dashboard, or in-app via the Transactions tab.

If you're not able to locate a transaction here, it means that it wasn't successfully processed. If your customer tells you that they have a charge on their statement, it's worth checking if the charge is pending. Pending charges automatically drop within a few business days - learn more here.
