How do I disable passcodes if I forgot and what my passcode was

How do I disable my passcodes.? I have forgotten what my passcode was and therefore I cannot get access to my account.

@Allenray Do you mean your POS passcode? If so, you need to go to your online dashboard. Then head over to Accounts & Settings -> Sign in & security. It will actually show you your current owner passcode, but if you want to change it to something more memorable, just hit the blue Update button to the right of it.
