How do i cancel an appointment when someone has prepaid?

Hi!

We require a prepayment for our services and that prepayment is non refundable. If a person wants to cancel, it won't let me or them cancel there appointments. How can I do that? Also it doesn't show up in their email either to be able to cancel.

@Awyssa You can't cancel a prepaid appointment from the iOS vesrion of the Appointments app - but you should be able to cancel it from from your online Square Dashboard:

From a browser visit your Appointments Calendar > click on the appointment you want to cancel.
Click Cancel Appointment.

If you're not able to cancel an appointment from you online Dashboard can you reply here to let me know?
