How do I change confirmation text time

I need to change my confirmation text timing. I have the Android app and I do not have a feature that lets me change the confirmation text to an earlier time. As of right now, my client receive their confirmation for appointment only 1hr before appointment. I would like to change to 2 days before appointment.

There is no notification feature in my app, but there is a notification feature in the Apple app. Is there a way to change this in the Android app? Or in the dashboard?

You can make this change on your Square Dashboard under the Appointments Tab. Once you're on that tab head to Settings > Communications. 🙂
