As in seeing the order before the order is completed and the ticket prints? Not really. Your best bet is to have your cashier yelling things back to the kitchen.

If you're talking about not using a receipt printer at all, you may want to check out Fresh KDS or any other Kitchen Display system linked in your Apps section of the Dashboard. If you have an extra tablet laying around you can turn that into a video printer.

There are a few Kitchen Display Systems available that work with Square, but I'm mostly familiar with the Fresh KDS system.

Once you've registered for an account with them (Don't use the Fresh KDS link in the Square Apps section: that is only for version 1 of KDS. Version 2--the only version supported by KDS now--is registered through the KDS website), download the Fresh KDS app from the App store. Log in using your credentials you set up on the KDS site, set KDS to be a Square printer (part of setup), then configure a printer station on your Point of Sale with the KDS display being the printer it's looking for.

After you've configured everything, every order should "print" to the KDS screen.
