As long as you have the Point of Sale app open you'll be able to take orders fine.</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Now, if you're talking the iOS Square Dashboard app versus the web page, the app is only there to show a snapshot of your current sales and do basic comparative sales analysis. You definitely don't need it on your phone to run sales.
