Feature Request: Sort Customer List by LAST name

I see this has been requested at least as far back as 2 1/2 years! I know I can search by last name, but quick lookups with a glance are impossible. A very basic and really standard way to sort names in a list. First name makes no sense.

As a newbie, I keep running into things I cannot do that I took for granted in my last service. I see requests, friendly replies with offers to update us with progress, yet many of these basic requests never seem to happen at all.

How do I sort my Customer list by Surname?

Just checked and it doesn't appear to a way to sort by last name. Sorry about that. @musicalcanuck

This absurdity has persisted for at least 3 years. For Team members you, Square, implemented Surname sorting at the outset. Can no one there do the same thing for the much more important Customer list? Please?
