How do I set up 2 weeks free, then a recurring payment every week thereafter?

On my website my customers put in their CC info and get charged - but I want them to not be charged for 2 weeks (free trial) after their initial sign up, and then have a recurring charge every single week after. It is important to me to be able to gather their CC info and have them in the square system and actively have to cancel service rather than re-sign up if they want to continue service. Also, the tests I have done on the site with payments, I do not get customer information. When I go to square site and click on customers it shows the transaction but it is from "unknown". This is another important step in the business to make sure I know who is paying. Please help!

@Beauwelsh Can you provide a bit more information about how you've set up your website? Are you working with an eCommerce Parnter or are you building your own and using Square's APIs?
