Items sales list does not show vendors

How can I change the information that shows up in my items sales list? I don't need "dining option" but I would like Vendor. How can the information in this report be changed?

Hi @YarnSeasons. Currently, you can not do this with your dashboard reports, either with the standard report or custom reports. Vendor is not a column that is available to add to either report.

The only way I know to do this is to download two CSVs:

Your Item Sales report for the desired period
Your Item Library, which contains a column for Vendor.

You could then import these into a spreadsheet and link the two tables to add the Vendor column to your Item Sales report.

Besides this, I’d recommend that you go here to submit a feature request to add vendor to the item-based reports on the dashboard.

This report should be available because for consignment sales we need to URGENLY DOWNLOAD the assigned vendor. How can I request a special report to created and assigned to my library?

The respective sales by vendor is incomplete and does not show date of the sale. Fix the vendor report download so it includes the same information we download for sales by items. If this report shows sales by vendor then the link has already been created to download a sales by item for the month that includes its respective vendor assigned.
