    <description>&lt;P&gt;Customers will see the option to enter their phone number at checkout - but it's not required for e-delivery you are right.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I have customized our receipts and invoices, but the actual &lt;U&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;order confirmation&lt;/STRONG&gt; has text on it I don't want.&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;These are orders for workshop registration, not pick up or shipping, and order confirmation email states "you'll receive an email when your order has been shipped".&amp;nbsp; They won't be shipped, this is a registration purchase.&amp;nbsp; I'd like to change it to sayyou'll receive an email from the registrar with more details" or something like that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I don't want to use the ticketing app, for many reasons, but mostly because it would confuse the participants.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I haven't been able to locate this customization option anywhere, so if you know where it is, tell me! &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt; THANKS!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;However, it sounds like you've set the delivery method for your workshop&amp;nbsp;to pickup or shipping - but there is a third option to deliver items electronically:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;From your Online Store &lt;STRONG&gt;Editor &amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Click on the item/event.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Scroll down to &lt;STRONG&gt;Delivery Method&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; click &lt;STRONG&gt;Electronic&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;

&lt;P&gt;That way your customers would receive an email confirmation&amp;nbsp;that they can use as a ticket instead of a shipping timeframe/pick up instruction, which I can agree&amp;nbsp;would be confusing). Or have you seen this option and determined it's not quite right either?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Electronic doesn't work either as we need an email confirmation I can forward to the registrar.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Hmm, could you share the&amp;nbsp;Order Details CSV with the Registrar instead? From Dashboard click Online Store &amp;gt; click &lt;STRONG&gt;Orders&lt;/STRONG&gt; &amp;gt; scroll down and then click &lt;STRONG&gt;Orders CSV&lt;/STRONG&gt; to download the file to your computer. You could email that file&amp;nbsp;that as an attachment?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;We need all the address &amp;amp; contact information that comes with an online/ship order. I don't think that comes in the CSV download for electronic payments, does it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
