How do I pull a report by the total sales by each credit card?

You can't do this directly through Square's reports, but you can export your Transactions list to a .CSV file, then open it with a spreadsheet program and sort the data by card type.

Navigate to your Transactions screen, set the date range selector to whatever interval you're interested in. On the screen with the transactions that you processed during this time, click on Export in the upper right hand corner, and click on Transactions CSV. Square will export all the information about those sales to a .CSV file which you will then open with your favorite spreadsheet program.
