Is there a Record of when the egift cards are redeemed? If a customer disputes the date the egift card was used, but doesn't have the number anymore, is there a way for me to look up when it was used?

@Nfaircloth Yes, you can view a list of your eGift Card transactions in a couple of ways from your online Square Dashboard. You would need to know an aproxmiate date that the gift card was use - but you can filter these reports by week or month.

From the Gift Cards Overview:

Navigate to the Gift Cards section of your Dashboard.
From the Overview use the filters at the top of the screen to edit the date range/narrow the results to eGift Card/Gift Card only.
Click on a gift card to see the Activity (list of transactions) with that gift card.

From the Transactions report:

Sign in to your online Dashboard > go to Transacitons.
Set the date range for the month in question and click the filter All Payment Methods > select Gift Cards.
Click on a transaction to see more details.(Or you can click Export in the top right to search for the customer name.)
