&lt;P&gt;To cancel a hardware order you have to contact our Customer Success team by phone. If your order has been sent to the warehouse, we won't be able to cancel it. In that case you will have to start a &lt;A href="https://squ.re/2FGibsc" target="_blank"&gt;return&lt;/A&gt; once you receive your reader.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Tried to cancel a hardware order I just placed. &amp;nbsp;It's ridiculous the run-around I'm getting. Support assistant says you can cancel an order that has not yet been fulfilled but that is not true. &amp;nbsp;Not a good start, Square&lt;/P&gt;</description>
