&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Rather than add someone as an administrator (this is a pre set employee role that gives access to everything),&amp;nbsp;you can create your own custom role and chose which permissions they have access to and where (eg on the dashboard or the app).&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Is the administrator the only person who can add items?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I don't want to give full rights to my manager but need them to be able to add items and details.&amp;nbsp; Is the only way for them to add items is by being an administrator?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
