Withhold last paycheck from employee

Can I withhold an employee's last paycheck? I need to run payroll today, but want to withhold one employee's pay until keys are returned. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks for this question, and welcome to the Community!

If you want to restrict paying this employee until they have returned the keys you can enter 0 hours for this Payroll cycle.

When you are ready to issue their last paycheck, you'd then run an off-cycle payment.

Hope that's helpful and they get those keys back to you ASAP!
