The last screenshot in this &lt;A href="https://www.sellercommunity.com/t5/Product-Updates/Card-on-File-in-Virtual-Terminal/ba-p/52827" target="_blank"&gt;Product Update thread&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;shows how to select the customer's card on file from Virtual Terminal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you aren't seeing the option to choose&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Customer Card on File&lt;/STRONG&gt; and&amp;nbsp;select your customer from the dropdown menu please reply here to let me know!&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I keep all of my customers on file and generally charge them in person via the app.&amp;nbsp; Occassionally, I need to charge them when assisting them remotely over the phone.&amp;nbsp; I have used the virtual terminal for this which works but how can I tie that transaction to a specific customer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
