&lt;P&gt;First yes you can allow customers to cancel or reschedule appointments. To enable this - head to the &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&lt;/STRONG&gt; section of your&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://squareup.com/appointments/business/settings" target="_blank"&gt;Appointments Dashboard&lt;/A&gt;:&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;OL&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Calendar &amp;amp; Bookin&lt;/STRONG&gt;g &amp;gt; check the box &lt;STRONG&gt;Clients may reschedule or cancel their own appointments&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Scroll and choose a&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Cut off time for allowing clients to cancel or reschedule&lt;/STRONG&gt; (from None to 2 weeks).&lt;/LI&gt;
 &lt;LI&gt;Click &lt;STRONG&gt;Save&lt;/STRONG&gt; to save your changes.&lt;/LI&gt;
