&lt;P&gt;Did you set the time zones for each location in the &lt;A href="https://squareup.com/dashboard/locations" target="_blank"&gt;Account &amp;amp; Settings&lt;/A&gt; tab of your Square Dashboard? Each location can have it's own time zone. After updating the second location to EST, customers of that location should receive reminders in their respective timezone. &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My time zone is set to CST. My business at one location is EST. My clients are getting they're reminders in CST which is confusing to everyone about their accurate appt time.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Is there a way I can have their reminders sent in EST. Without changing my main location time zone?&lt;/P&gt;
