Can you pull loyalty points?

I want to pull loyalty points for my customers and I cannot seem to find an easy way to do this. I want to get some information on my customers and how many outstanding redeamable rewards are in my system.

You can check your Loyalty Reports by visiting the Loyalty tab of your Square Dashboard.

This will give you insights to your customers and their point values. Because Loyalty tracks points- there will not be an outstanding redeemable rewards number. You will be able to see the customers balances to who would be able to redeem rewards.

If you need help getting more specific Loyalty reporting, we'd encourage you to reach out to our Loyalty team so they can help you navigate the Dashboard and help you with any additional reporting.
