      <description>&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have the secret sauce on how to actually speak with a live "human" customer service rep? I have gone through a maze of back &amp;amp; forth, to no avail. Having a magstripe without ability to use it defeats purpose for ordering. I expected something different from what I've experienced &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
