Payments without zipcode

Hi,

We just start to use Square. I have a question. I have try to get payment from our customer but it did not accept zipcode. Is there any possiblity to receive payment without zipcode? Please let me know.

Hey @Ebrud! Welcome to the Seller Community.

For manually entering payments, there isn't a way to bypass entering the billing zip code. Our recommendation would be to have your customer call their bank or card issuer to make sure the correct one is being entered. If it's international, there's a way to toggle the keyboards between letters and numbers by selecting the ABC key.
