Can I place a link in a staff biography?

I work for a counseling practice and we use Square as our appointment scheduler. Each staff member has a short biography written for them (in Square), but I wish I could add a hyperlink back to our website so customers can see a more detailed biography.

So far I've tried just typing in the raw URL as well as HTML link markup, but neither work. It's a really crappy user experience for the customer to have to copy and paste a long URL into their browser, so I was really hoping there was a way Square would let you do this.

Does anyone know if this is possible or not?

I don't use the Appointment app, but in a lot of Square's text entry windows, there's a menu bar where you can click on it and it will allow you to insert a hyperlink. See the red-outlined icon in this:

If you get that, click on the icon and a screen will come up that lets you insert a link, a title and the text to display in the link (note, if you highlight some text before clicking, it will default to making that text the link). Make sure that the 'Rich Text' tab is selected as the other tabs don't offer this facility.

Unfortunately, the "biography" section does NOT provide any kind of pop up links or a menu bar like shown above as I type this.

No way to add in a hyperlink there.

Unfortunately, this option is no longer available with Square Appointments. I'd be happy to resurface this with our team for consideration!
