    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hey &lt;a href="https://community.squareup.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/177222"&gt;@Gary11&lt;/a&gt;! It sounds like your Online Store is still accessible to the public through your Online Store settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You'll use the email address in which you received a notification about the Online Store order to login and change the settings.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Once logged in, navigate to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Online Store&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;tab&amp;gt; Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;in the top right hand corner&amp;gt; Disable the button under&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Site Status&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;that makes your store not visible online. That way, people won't be able to see your Online Store and place orders.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;You should also be able to see which bank account the funds went into by clicking on&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Account &amp;amp; Settings&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;from your Online Dashboard, then&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Bank Accounts&lt;/STRONG&gt;. That will show your linked bank account for that specific Square account.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Why am I still getting orders from an account I deactivated?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I deactivated last week to transition stuff to a new site. (Totally seperate account through an LLC). &amp;nbsp;But just received an order from my old site. I am not sure what to do. I can fill the order because I can see it in the email but I don’t want people ordering through there.... and where did their money go of that accounts is deactivated?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
