Taxing items by Amount not Price %

I need to tax items by amount sold and not by the price.

Ex: 10mL bottle needs $0.10 tax per mL. $1 tax needs to be added on.

Is there a way to do this? Squares tax settings only seem to go by % on price.

Unfortunately, Square is set up to only tax on the dollar amount, not quantity sold. There is no setting you can change to alter that.
