Thanks so much for your question and welcome to the Community! We're so happy to have you here.

At this point, we do not have this as an option, but you can manually adjust the inventory if you are noticing this as a problem.

I will definitely surface this with our team, as I can see how updating inventory when the invoice is sent could be helpful. Perhaps evening having the option to update when sold or update when sent.

This would be soooo helpful because if we invoice someone and do not take it out of invebrory ourself it still shows it available online. It has been a problem

It would be even more benefical if the inventory would auto adjust when an item is applied to an invoice vs when the invoice is sent or paid.

My business could really benefit from an option to adjust inventory as soon as i create the invoice. Some customers have up to 30 days to pay from the date they take my inventory.

Has this been added as an option yet? We could really use this as I don't want to add products to our website that are "claimed" and waiting for an invoice to be paid (we give our customers 20 days to pay).

Is there any way that you guys are working on updating the program to include this.? Looks like a lot of your business that use square would benefit from this.
